Mark Pekarek
As a resident of the Central Valley for more than 10 years and a graduate of the University of the Pacific, Mark has a deeply vested interest in the success of his community.
After graduating from Pacific with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mark earned his PE and is a licensed Civil Engineer in California. He began his professional career working with some of the Valley’s top home builders including A.G. Spanos Companies and Pulte Homes.
Mark has always had a passion for real estate and in light of the current market his focus has shifted to helping others navigate through these difficult times. With training from some of the biggest players in the real estate world including Robert Kiyosaki, Thomas Lucier, and Ken McElroy, Mark has honed his skills in the real estate investment field.
In partnership with our sister company, Chris Baird Consulting (serving the Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, Washington regions) Mark works closely with his long time friend and business partner, Chris Baird, in acquisitions, redevelopment, and in sales of residential and commercial properties. Together they have over 10 years of experience and a vast assortment of resources at their fingertips.
As the backbone of the company, Mark serves Paramount Development Properties in a wide variety of areas including new business development, investor relations, project evaluations, and project management.
In his free time Mark enjoys hiking, riding dirt bikes, watching both college and professional sports, camping, and skiing.
Chris Baird
Chris has traveled the country to meet with, and learn strategy from, prominent leaders such as Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Robert Shemin, Colin Powell, Zig Ziglar, Rudy Giuliani, and John Maxwell. Through an expansive network of professional contacts, Chris provides excellent resource development opportunities for his companies. Chris primarily serves his investment company in the areas of new business development, investor relations, project evaluations and project management.
Chris obtained his business degree at Western Oregon University. Since graduation, Chris has honed his skills in the real estate investment field through his work as a principal in acquisition, redevelopment, and sales of residential and commercial properties in promising neighborhoods throughout the greater Portland/Vancouver region. He has personally managed the purchase and sale of over 250 single-family and multi-family units in the past nine years, making market-based decisions to increase property values for resale.
Chris is also primarily responsible for company outreach and has developed an expansive network of real estate professionals and like-minded investors to strengthen his company’s market position.
